At Snugs, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All Snugs carriers come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in manufacturing including issues with buckles, straps, design, or materials.

How to Claim
If you experience any issue covered under this warranty, please email us at support@mysnugs.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Our team will guide you through the process. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace your product at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
