Shipping Costs

We offer free international shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Where do we ship from and to?

We ship worldwide from our nearest fullfilment centre and deliver to customers across the globe.

Expected Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 3 PM local time, or the next business day at the latest. Dispatch times may differ during busy holiday periods and we appreciate your patience with this.

Estimated Shipping Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5-14 business days depending on your country.

Please note that international orders can sometimes take longer due to customs clearance. If 30 business days have passed and you still have not received your order, please email us at support@mysnugs.com and we will find a resolution.

Tracking

Tracking is included on every order by default. Please note that some countries may not support full tracking visibility and unfortunately we have no control over this.

Customs Fees

We do our best to ship orders in a way that minimises customs charges. On occasion, unavoidable customs fees may apply and customers are responsible for any such fees.
