Please Note Before Ordering

The Snugs Sideways Carrier may take a few days (around 3-5 days) to get fully comfortable with, just like most baby carriers. There is a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, we are confident you will love the convenience and comfort it offers.

As a small business, returns especially of used products can be quite challenging for us. We kindly request that you place an order only if you are genuinely interested in trying the carrier. Please avoid returning used items as we are unable to restock them.

Returns and Refunds

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery by visiting our Returns portal here - Initiate Return
  • Returns are self-serve only and cannot be manually initiated by customer support
  • Your return will be automatically created and approved through the self-serve portal
  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange
  • We have a flexible return policy. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we will offer you a return or exchange
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method
  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs and/or VAT fees. If these are not paid within 30 days, postal companies will likely return the package to you
  • If you are unavailable to hand over the package to our courier partner after a pickup has been scheduled, we will not be able to initiate additional pickup attempts. In this case, you will be required to ship the package back to us manually
